Anonymous asked: How do I fix my spelling? I can spell astute and absolute, obnoxious and acoustics, all without any problem,(nor have I ever had problems with "there" or "Effect/Affect") but I can't write origional without it looking like that. Akward just looks weird with that extra "w" in it, and asume... Should it really have two "s"es?
How do I break myself of these habits?

I always misspell “submit” when I’m typing. For some reason, my fingers type the “M” and then the “B”. I can even think to myself “okay, you’re gonna spell it right this time,” but I still don’t. It’s weird. I think everyone has a few words that they constantly misspell. The only thing I can think of that would help is this application I downloaded for my iPhone. It’s called Smart Vocab. It gives you ten words to study and then it quizzes you on them. I downloaded it to improve my vocabulary, but maybe it could help with spelling. Click the link and on the left side of the page, it will show all the different versions of the app. Some are free, some are not.
