A friend of mine always gives me a hard time because I pronounce both Rs - feb-rooh-ary.
But she swears it’s supposed to be feb-yoo-ary.
Grammar is my thing, so I don’t really care about pronunciation (most of the time), but I was just wondering how other people pronounce it. Just gonna put a question mark at the end of this sentence so you guys can answer it?

I pronounce it somewhere in the middle. The first “r” definitely influences the nuance of the pronunciation, but I don’t exaggerate it.

It’s definitely Feb-roo-eh-ree. Saying “Feb-yoo-eh-ree” is accepted/common, but “roo” is right.
